DEF LEPPARD Announces Massive U.S. Tour With STYX, TESLA

Just announced, long time rockers DEF LEPPARD will embark on a massive U.S. summer tour with STYX and TESLA. The trek will storm through over 40 cities throughout North America, kicking off on June 23 in Tampa, Florida. The epic 5 month tour will also make stops in Auburn and Ridgefield in September.

Citi cardmembers will have access to pre-sale tickets beginning Wednesday, February 18 at 12 p.m. local time through Citi’s Private Pass Program. General tickets for the tour go on sale starting Friday, February 20 at 10 a.m. on LiveNation.com.

In an interview with Shredload.com Def Leppard from man Joe Elliott had this to say :

“Varied. Yeah, real good. Some of the stuff sounds absolutely like us. Some of the stuff sounds like things that people our age should be writing these days. So it’s a bit of everything, really. Stuff that reminds us of stuff that we grew up listening to. So it’s very much in the classic-rock mold, but it’s also not stale and sterile.”
