MASTODON ASLEEP IN THE DEEP 12″ PICTURE DISC

3a148977-38f7-48db-891a-a5e04732ab4dMastodon have just released a luridly eye-popping, brain-melting 12″ vinyl picture disc for the track “Asleep In The Deep“, from their current album, ONCE MORE ‘ROUND THE SUN. The B-side is an instrumental version of “Asleep In The Deep”, which is exclusive to this release. Have a gander at the stunning artwork above, taken from the beautifully disturbing video for the track. The video itself has dazzled fans and filmmakers alike with its lysergically-laced, twisted imagery as only one might expect from the questionable minds of Atlanta-based Special FX Guru, Shane Morton, and renowned American artist Skinner (cover artist for ONCE MORE ‘ROUND THE SUN) which debuted on Adult Swim some months back.

THE MISSING LINK TOUR (co-headlined w/ Clutch plus Corrosion of Conformity) has just wrapped up but Mastodon continue their North American tour with British metal icons Judas Priest. All remaining tour dates are below.
