Seattle Sound Live Presents our New Featured Band – Meet Oaklawn

In an effort to continually bring you some of the best local music we would like to present to you a little band out of Tacoma Washington that is making some serious noise called Oaklawn.  I am personally a huge fan of their music so here is the deal… Give them a listen to and if you like what you hear show them some love. They have been selected by the South Sound Blues Association to represent it as the Youth Showcase band during the International Blues Challenge. Check out their GoFundme page.

The band has been described as having the energy and charisma of Foo Fighters and the passionate moods of Nirvana, Oaklawn is one of the most original and dynamic underage rock bands in the NW.

Oaklawn has teamed up with Emily Randolph, a vocal phenom with credits in songwriting whose music plays on national radio and a feature film. Together, they are known as Emily Randolph and Oaklawn (“ERO”). Influenced by artists such as Daughtry, Ian Thornley, and Keith Urban and bands like Foo Fighters and Shinedown, ERO plays rock, country, alternative, and blues. They play a diverse set of originals and covers that will blow you away.

Oaklawn is:
Zach Rowell ~ Vocals/Guitar/Piano
Chance Martineau ~ Guitar/Vocals
Sean Murphy ~ Bass/Vocals
Nicholas Phipps ~ Drums
Emily Randolph ~ Vocals/Guitar
