These Are Killswitch Engage’s Summer 2016 Plans

Killswitch Engage will be back on the road in August and September in North America. After a hugely successful U.S. headline tour in March, which coincided with the release of Incarnate (Roadrunner Records) and included a five-show, sold-out residency in NYC, the band will embark on an extensive U.S. and Canada tour as direct support to Volbeat. KsE will also appear at a variety of festivals, in addition to performing a handful of headline shows throughout the tour.

Prior to the Volbeat tour, KsE will make a one-off appearance at the inaugural Chicago Open Air festival on July 17th, to be immediately followed by a special appearance at the 2016 AMPAs in Columbus, Ohio.

Also, satellite radio listeners should tune into SiriusXM’s Liquid Metal this Thursday June 16th at 7pm ET/4pm PT, for the Jesse Leach x Killswitch Engage interview and takeover. During the interview, the singer tackles topics such as touring, tequila, biking, and more. Additionally, Leach enacts a takeover of the playlist and jams some of his personal favorites, including Baroness, Melvins, Meshuggah, Queens of the Stone Age, Motorhead, In Flames, and more!

KsE’s seventh album Incarnate debuted at #6 on the Billboard Top 200 chart upon release, as well as at #3 on the Current Albums Chart and at #1 on both the Rock Chart and the Hard Music Chart.
